Movie Review: 'Kick-Ass 2' (2013)

In 2010 audiences were treated to the wickedly dark and satirical ‘Kick-Ass’. Three years later, Jeff Wadlow has taken over directing duties from Matthew Vaughn for the sequel. Based on the graphic novels written by Mark Miller; ‘Kick-Ass 2’ picks up rather briefly after the last film. Kick-Ass (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) has put down his suit, and Hit-Girl (Chloe Grace Moretz) is trying to integrate into life as a normal girl.

Must-See Movie Review: 'Lawless' (2012)

"Lawless" is the tale of three brothers who make their living running an illegal moonshine operation during the height of prohibition in America and what a tale it tells. Based on the book “The Wettest Country in the World” by Matt Bondurant whose grandfather and great-uncles are depicted in the film; "Lawless" spares no gory detail or harrowing activity of their endeavor.

TV Report Card | 'Teen Wolf' Season 3 Review

Overview: The first half of the third season of “Teen Wolf” was a perfect example of what not to do with a supernatural based series; too many characters to count, a convoluted mythology that stretched the brain cell continuum and a pace that moved so quickly that it felt like viewers were in a slow motion. A season so rife with error, this isn’t the first reference you will find to it on Eclectic Pop.
